Stormscale Armor
Cost: 450 GP
Weight: 12 lbs
Rarity: Uncommon
Armor Class: 13 + Dex modifier (max 3)
Stealth: No disadvantage
Studded not with iron but with flattened scales of storm-charred dragon hide, this armor crackles faintly with residual static after every thunderclap. Wearers report their hair never quite lies flat. While worn, it grants resistance to lightning damage.
Storm's Retaliation.
When a creature within 5 feet of you hits you with a melee attack,
you can use your reaction to unleash a jolt of electricity at it. The
creature must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 1d8
lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful
one.
Dragon's Grace.
You have advantage on saving throws against being paralyzed or
restrained.
