As an action, if you drink a significant amount of alcohol, you can
activate this amulet to regain 46 hit points. You must then succeed
on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or suffer a hangover: for the
next 5 minutes, you have disadvantage on attack rolls, ability
checks, and saving throws.
